Peter was educated at Capilano College and holds 32 plus years of high specialized experience in Major System Designs in CCTV, ACCESS Control, Intercom, Sound Systems including Theater Design, Public Address, Live Band, Multi-room and Home Theater.
Ryan Bell
Services and Business Development Manager
Ryan’s experience in operational strategies and customer relationship management is well positioned to streamline the design-and build process for all ASG’s Integrated Communications projects. He has helped advance the Axis Systems Group product offering across all key brands. Ryan has in depth knowledge of the best Audio Visual offerings such as Extron and Kramer and the best selling Security and Video surveillance systems on the market. Axis Systems Group is becoming a key partner for RBH, Keyscan, Sony and Avigilon as a result of his solid professional expertise. His introduction of BlueBeam, Revu, Jobber and Visio elevated the operational efficiencies throughout all departments. each and every time.

Johan Cloete
Senior Systems Installer Foreman
With nearly four decades of extensive experience in the electronic security and biometric surveillance industries, Johan is a highly skilled technical foreman who is driven by a commitment to meet and exceed customer expectations. He has a strong background in installing various systems, including CCTV, intercoms, security alarms, electronic fencing, traffic barriers, and satellite and TV networks.
Mr. Cloete holds certificates with renowned brands such as DSC alarm systems, Avigilon biometric solutions, and ITC access control systems. He joined the AxisSystems team in the late 2020s and has undergone additional training in operating equipment such as bucket trucks, scissor lifts, and fall arrest and protection systems. With proficiency in industry software applications like Jobber, Johan leads the AxisSystems team on multiple construction sites across the Greater Vancouver Regional District.

Bowen Zhu
Senior Security Technician
Bowen’s journey in the security industry spans over eight years, during which he has diligently honed his expertise and expanded his knowledge base. His educational background in BCIT’s Security Systems and Wireless Telecommunication programs has provided a solid foundation for his career growth. As a skilled technician, Mr. Zhu has acquired qualifications for a wide range of cutting-edge products and technologies. From RBH, Keyscan, and Kantech to ICT, Avigilon , DSC, Honeywell, Bosch, Axis, and Alarm.com, Bowen comprehensive understanding allows him to work seamlessly with diverse systems.
In his role as a technician, Bowen’s responsibilities go beyond mere installations. He is proficient in programming Access Controls, Intrusion Alarm systems, CCTV, Audio Control, and ULC Fire Systems. This expertise enables Mr. Zhu to ensure that all security components are seamlessly integrated and operating at optimal levels. As a senior technician, Bowen takes charge of job site operations, overseeing the coordination of team efforts to ensure efficient and effective project execution. His strong communication and problem-solving skills allow him to engage with clients, providing valuable consultations that address their specific needs and concerns. Mr. Zhu’s dedication to delivering exceptional service and his commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in the security industry make him a trusted and reliable professional.

Navdeep Khurmi
Project Coordinator
Navdeep brings a wealth of experience to her role at Axis Systems Group, having worked in diverse industries such as IT, Construction, and Retail before joining in 2021. With a background in computer science and a Project Management Certificate from Humber College in Toronto, Ms. Khurmi possesses a strong foundation in technology and project management.
As a highly skilled project coordinator, Navdeep excels in managing multiple projects simultaneously. Her expertise in technical training, detailed scheduling, and project coordination ensures efficient operations and timely project delivery. Ms. Khurmi is proficient in industry software like Jobber for scheduling and BlueBeam for project estimation.
In her role as the team leader for AxisSystems technician training, Navdeep oversees critical training programs including Fall Arrest and Protection, Job Site Safety, Quality Assurance/Quality Control, and more. Ms. Khurmi prioritizes safety and ensures that all technicians are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Navdeep finds solace in the beautiful landscapes of British Columbia. She enjoys exploring new places and finds inspiration in captivating stories and films, fostering her passion for continuous learning and personal growth.
